Antique Sleigh Bells Very Rare 29 Original Brass Bells

DetailsSleigh bells like this come around once in a great while. They almost never have all of the original brass bells and even when they do, they only have 15 of them. To have all 29 original bells on an original double leather strap with loop keepers between each bell and the original buckle in working order, is a hard find. Each bell is fastened to the top with the lower strap creating a smooth finish. Loop keepers hold the two straps with flat brass finished fasteners. The craftsmanship is remarkable.
There are 29 brass bells number 1 -14 (2 each) and the number 15 bell is in the middle. The order from beginning to end is 1 to 14, 15, 14 to 1.
When it comes to the "jingle," think old time Christmas sled drawn horse carriage in the snow--crisp, clear and loud. Beautiful.

Verdigris (green tarnish on old brass) is noted but not overwhelming and can be restored. We choose to keep them in their original condition.

How do you handle refunds for items received damaged?
All of our domestic shipments are insured. Just send us photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 3 days of receipt and we will issue an immediate refund, including original shipping charges. International Buyers will need to seek refunds from the shipping carrier; Bleak House 302 will be happy to provide you with purchase receipts, if needed.
What if I'm unhappy with the item once received?
We strive to do our best to accurately represent every item by photos and written description. We do not want unhappy customers! :( You may return any undamaged item within 7 days of receipt for a full credit of the sale price. Returned item shipping charges between Bleak House 302 and you and you and Bleak House 302 are not refundable.
